So how do you actually make documents talk? You need a shape that acts as a verb: a method of thinking and speaking that mixes everything together, filters out noise, and compresses the widest possible context into the densest possible understanding.

The spiral in practice: Gather everything broadly. Compress it down to patterns. Gather again with new understanding. Compress further. Repeat until what took a paragraph takes a sentence, and what took a sentence becomes self-evident. Understanding doesn't arrive — it precipitates, like salt crystallising from solution.
