Six civilisations. One sequence. The table, finally drawn.
Terraforms begins from a discovery: across time zones and centuries, without contact with each other, the great healing cultures arrived at the same three-phase sequence for moving a nervous system from defended to open. Terraforms names that sequence A·U·M and treats it the way chemistry treats the periodic table: as notation for something that was always true.
"The table doesn't judge the fragment. It locates it."
The ground phase
The body is brought back to ground. Floor, cold, heat, and dark do the first work.
The regulation phase
The system steadies and is nourished. Sun carries the bridge; silence and hunger hold the middle.
The integration phase
What was opened is woven in. The eighth teacher completes the sequence.
Eight teachers, none of them human.
Terraforms teaches through conditions, not instructions. Each teacher is an environment the body already understands, with its own position in the sequence and its own colour in the tradition's design system. The colours below are taken directly from its stylesheet.
Floor
Proprioceptive ground. The body relearns where it is.
Cold
Boundary installation. The edge of the self, taught by temperature.
Heat
Forced surrender. What will not soften by argument softens here.
Dark
Circadian reset. The oldest clock, wound back to true.
Sun
Metabolic activation. The bridge from ground to regulation.
Silence
Autonomic regulation. The nervous system hears itself again.
Hunger
Nutritional ceremony. Eating restored to a sacred act.
The Eighth
Contemplative integration. The sequence closes and holds.
The firstborn still carries the gene.

That last token is real. Inside the living stylesheet of an independent healing tradition, there is one line of mint: the parent's accent colour, kept in the child's design system. Traditions remember where they come from.
